I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at Rose Hill, and I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was. From start to finish, the staff at Rose Hill demonstrated the utmost professionalism, making our special day truly unforgettable.
The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the unreal beauty of the scenery surrounding Rose Hill. The picturesque landscape provided a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and reception. It felt like stepping into a fairytale, and our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue's charm.
What truly sets Rose Hill apart is their exceptional staff. From the very beginning, they were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy our celebration with peace of mind. Their expertise and dedication were evident in every interaction, making us feel like our wedding was their top priority.
Throughout the planning process, the staff at Rose Hill worked closely with us and our wedding planner to tailor the event to our vision. They offered valuable insights and suggestions while respecting our preferences, resulting in a seamless and personalized experience.

Rose Hill is the absolute best for all occasions. We decided to have our Thanksgiving festivities at Rose Hill, so that our family could enjoy the outdoors, have space for our big family on thanksgiving, and all be together but have plenty of room. And Rose Hill was SO much more than that. The venue is beautiful, the owner is so extremely accommodating, and was available to help us throughout our stay if we needed anything. This is a place I will never forget. My daughter is close to getting engaged, and I know Rose Hill will be at the top of her list. You can't beat the Beautiful views of Rose Hill, the pink sunsets, the luscious open green space, surrounded by woods. Rose Hill is truly amazing, and would be perfect for any event, wedding, and more.

Absolutely Divine. Rose Hill is the perfect combination of enticing, enchanting, unique, and overall stunning. The grounds are beautiful, with a limitless number of possibilities for any event, wedding, or party you might be hosting. I have felt defeated trying to find a wedding venue in Richmond, none of the other venues we have looked at felt like the one. Until driving through the grand gates of Rose Hill. 5 seconds onto the property, and I felt like I had fallen into a dream. The gardens, the open green space, the terrace, and the barn...all of the spaces will be perfect for our wedding. Because of how magical the space is, we plan to also have the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on the terrace, the engagement photos in the garden and on the grounds, and the reception in the barn. The owner was lovely, giving us great advice, and very knowledgable of other vendors in town that we might be interested in using. The only regret we have...is NOT Finding Rose Hill sooner. From the minute you pull into the driveway...which looks like a scene out of a movie....your dreamlike experience begins. The entire venue is absolutely stunning, and the possibilites are truly endless in terms of where to have your wedding on the venue property, and what kind of "style" or "theme" you want- because of the several gardens, the opened green space, and the barn. The venue owner is hands down the best venue owner we have met (and we have visited 15 venues!). You can tell that he wants your wedding day to be perfect. Within minutes of meeting the owner we knew we were going to get married at Rose Hill. The reassurance he gave us, and the knowledge and ideas he had for us really sold us on the venue. So... do yourself a favor...Go visit Rose Hill!

Rose Hill 1821 is the best hidden gem in Richmond. It is absolutely stunning, and perfect for any special occasion or event. I was stressed about finding somewhere to get married, and after meeting the owner, and touring the venue - we were hooked. Also, the tour was done by the owner- which was awesome; he is so knowledgeable and genuine, you can tell he really cares about the venue and wants your wedding to be the best day ever for you and your guests. I am so relieved, Rose Hill is perfect… we can’t wait for our wedding!!!

Wow. Before visiting Rose Hill, none of the venues were really hitting the spot, but when you know you know! We knew Rose Hill was where wed get married about 5 minutes into the tour. We went on Saturday and booked by the end of the tour.... It is by far the best venue we have visited in Richmond, VA. And for reference- we have been to about a dozen venues so far. The grounds are stunning, with several options to have our ceremony and our reception, the venue is a blank slate for all of our best ideas when it comes to planning our wedding. The owner actually gave us our tour which was great, he was so nice and made a very important decision, and nerve-racking process very easy. He was also very informative about the venue- giving us the history of the venue and helpful advice regarding having a wedding at Rose Hill. He even gave recommendations of where to stay and things to do for our guests that will be coming from out of town. We cannot wait to have our wedding here next year.

Rose Hill is an absolute dream. The venue is beautiful and has so many options for having an event, bridal shower, luncheon, rehearsal, or wedding here. I wasn't originally planning on the rehearsal being at Rose Hill but after meeting with him and seeing the venue, we plan on having our rehearsal here. There is a barn that is being renovated that will have AC, and sounds like it will be a really amazing barn. The owner, who did our tour, was so personable, very knowledgable about the history of the venue as well as providing ideas for hosting a wedding at Rose Hill. He is very easy going and has already been a huge help in the wedding planning process for us and has made this so much easier. Overall, I could not be any happier with our decision of having our wedding at Rose Hill, we cannot wait!!!!
